How safe is Paypal?

Even though it is considered safe you have to be careful.

An article by Justin Pritchard is a good read if you want to know if Paypal is safe.

Is PayPal Safe?

PayPal is a popular tool for sending and receiving money online. Whenever you link your financial accounts to an online service, security should be at the top of your mind. So how safe is PayPal?

Even if Paypal is generally safe, you should use it in a safety device. It must be up to date to protect your credit card details.

I use Paypal to pay online because it gives me an extra layer of security.

You can read this article by Mariella Moon which describes how we can use the new feature.

Apple adds PayPal as payment option for iTunes

To use PayPal, you simply have to add it as a payment option under account settings. Make it the default if you’d rather use it than your card on file, and it will work even if you make your purchase through an Apple TV or an Apple Watch. It will even bring PayPal’s One Touch mobile feature to those devices, which means you only need to authenticate transactions made through the TV or the Watch with your fingerprint.

Most Apple users may use the old payment gateway. But if you want more security then you can use Paypal.
